Meet Me

Cheyenne Lavene is a multifaceted music artist, songwriter, vocal producer, and entrepreneur from New Jersey. Her journey in the industry began with resilience—after the unexpected passing of her close friend and music producer in 2012, she moved to Los Angeles with nothing but determination and a dream. Teaching herself to record and navigate the business while living out of her car, she built her career from the ground up.

In 2016, Cheyenne’s talent led her to work with Dr. Dre on Compton, contributing vocals to “Deep Water” featuring Kendrick Lamar. She soon expanded into songwriting, vocal production, and A&R consulting, working with artists like Zendaya. Stepping into her own artistry, she released her debut single “Runaway” in 2018, followed by collaborations with MC Lyte (9 to 5) and her first EP, Something About You.

Beyond her work as an artist, Cheyenne founded The C Agency in 2021—a creative hub specializing in project management, music administration, and artist consulting. She also launched ShyConvo, a platform advocating for and supporting women in music.

Her writing and vocal production credits include DaniLeigh’s “Heartbreaker,” Yung Bleu’s “Rollercoaster” (featuring IIMAGINE), and music placements like “Psycho” in Tyler Perry’s All The Queen’s Men. Ms. Lavene has also written for the likes of Coco Jones, Kelly Rowland, Arin Ray, and Zae France. Her A&R expertise has extended to consulting for Def Jam and contributing to major projects in the industry.

Today, Cheyenne continues to bridge the business and creative sides of the music industry, developing artists, securing opportunities for clients, and releasing her own music. With a career built on passion, perseverance, and an unshakable work ethic, she remains dedicated to shaping the future of music—both for herself and for others.
